Plans & Pricing
MegaJimat is CelcomDigi's postpaid device bundle. You get a new phone at a discounted upfront price (sometimes FREE) paired with a monthly postpaid plan (e.g. Plan 5G 80 at RM80/month). It's a 24-month contract.
Easy360 is CelcomDigi's device installment plan. You pay for the device in monthly installments (24 or 36 months) on top of your existing postpaid plan. There's no contract lock-in on the plan itself — only on the device payments.
MegaJimat bundles a phone + postpaid plan together in one contract. Easy360 is just device installments — you keep your existing postpaid plan. MegaJimat usually offers lower upfront device costs, while Easy360 gives more flexibility on your plan.
Yes. As an authorised CelcomDigi Store Express, our plan pricing follows CelcomDigi's official rates. We sync our catalog regularly with CelcomDigi to ensure accuracy.
CelcomDigi offers Postpaid 5G plans ranging from RM45 to RM140 per month. Each tier comes with different data, speed, and hotspot allowances. Visit our Postpaid page for the full comparison.
Device Availability
Use our Check Stock page — search by brand or model name to see real-time availability at both our outlets (Megalong Mall and Karamunsing). Stock numbers are updated daily by our staff.
We don't offer online reservations yet, but you can enquire through the website or WhatsApp us. We'll check availability and can hold a device for you — usually up to 24 hours.

Visiting Our Outlets
We have two outlets in Kota Kinabalu: Megalong Mall at Lot 13, Grd Flr, Megalong Commercial Complex, 89500 Penampang, Sabah (10AM - 10PM daily), and Karamunsing at LOT G90A, Ground Floor, Kompleks Karamunsing, 88100 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (10AM - 9PM daily). Both are open 7 days a week.
Bring your MyKad (IC) and a debit or credit card for monthly payments. Foreigners need a valid passport and work permit. For number porting, bring the SIM card from your current carrier.
A standard plan sign-up takes about 30-45 minutes, including SIM activation and device setup. SIM replacements are faster — usually 15-30 minutes.
No appointment needed — just walk in during our operating hours. For complex requests (e.g. corporate plans or multiple lines), it helps to WhatsApp us first so we can prepare.
Fibre Broadband
We offer CelcomDigi Home Fibre plans from 100Mbps (RM99/mo) to 1000Mbps (RM299/mo). All plans come with a 24-month contract and free router. Visit our Fibre page for full details.
